Appointment Request Form

The Gasconade County Historical Society Archives and Records Center is open for appointments Tuesday-Thursday 9 am to 4 pm. The ARC offers appointments to anyone looking to conduct research. Appointments are scheduled in 3 hour blocks so the last available three hour block would begin at 1:00 pm. Appointments are also available, by special appointment, on Saturdays from 9 am to 12 pm, if staff is available on the requested Saturday.

Photo copies are $1 each for non-members and $.50 each for members. Payment is expected at time of service by cash, check, or card.

On occasion, the topic being researched is so extensive that the appointment may run longer than the appointment window; it is at the discretion of the staff to allow the appointment to continue.

Please DO NOT attend an appointment if you have any of the following:

  • Fever or chills

  • Cough

  • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing

  • Fatigue

  • Muscle or body aches

  • Headache

  • New loss of taste or smell

  • Sore throat

  • Congestion or runny nose

  • Nausea or vomiting

  • Diarrhea

Please DO NOT attend if you have been in contact with someone that has had COVID within that last 14 days.
